These are tough times in the world today!  Fear raises its ugly head. In times like this, YOU need are a refuge from fear - a way to calm the mind, to focus, and to survive. Try meditation.  It's not hard and with practice you'll feel much less tension and stress.  It's really as easy as 1-2-3.

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit - on a chair or the floor.  Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe naturally.  Focus on your breathe - slowly inhaling and exhaling.  Let your mind follow the breath into the lungs and out.  When your mind wanders (and it will) simply refocus on your breathe - inhale, hold for short time, and exhale.

Follow these steps whenever the "bad news" of the moment starts to overwhelm you.

Please click on the Meditation - Meditation Explained in the top menu for more information on meditation.
